TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MENTORS 2009

1. Applicant who must be an Indian citizen to become a Business Associate of 'MENTORS 2009'.,  18 years should have                    completed for Business Associate.

2. Each Business Associate has been taught about the concept that the Referral  Incentive,  Pair Incentive, and other incentives are optional.  The main object of the 'MENTORS 2009'  is to provide you maximum  benefits from selling of products of the company.

3. This is a contractual agreement between me and  'MENTORS 2009'.

4. 'MENTORS 2009' shall not give time limit/Guarantee for incomes.  You get income depend upon your eam growth and your            constant efforts.

5. On every pay out, TDS shall be deducted subject to Income Tax rules & Regulations. Our administration charges/handling charges shall be charged separately.

6. .'MENTORS 2009' reserves the right to discontinue / change / amend / alter or modify any one of the rules / regulations and plans at any time at its sole discretion with or without any notice,

7. 'MENTORS 2009' shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to technical problems of website.

8.. Each Business  Associate shall act and operate solely from your own place and at your own cost and expenses without claiming or entitled to claim from 'MENTORS 2009' any amount in the form of advance / Reimbursement / Bonus / Rewards / Salary / Remuneration / Commission extra.,

9. 'MENTORS 2009' shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of unknown risks and Mishandling of cash by leaders, Upline Business Associates and others.

10. Business Associates shall not be entitled to assign or transfer any of the rights or obligations to any other personal identify.

11. 'MENTORS 2009' shall not give guarantee that you will win incentives or prizes that may be offered.

12. Business Associates shall not undertake or involve in the Agency/Representation/Distributorship of any competitor of 'MENTORS 2009'.  Otherwise the firm shall be at full liberty to terminate you with immediate effect without any prior notice.

13.  'MENTORS 2009' shall not be liable for any action taken by the government or local authorities against any Field Associate             for any of their deeds.

14.  Change of name of Field Associates  shall not be permitted at any circumstances.

15. Incase of any dispute, the decision of 'MENTORS 2009'  shall be final and shall have legal binding on Fielld Associates who shall have no objection to the appointment of any officer (s) of 'MENTORS 2009' as the sole arbitrator(s). All legal disputes shall be subject to Madurai  jurisdiction only.

        I accept and understand with sound knowledge the above terms and conditions of 'MENTORS 2009'. . I am willing to become a Field Associate of 'MENTORS 2009' and bind to the terms and conditions of the 'MENTORS 2009'.
